Continuous Provision
In Early Years at Newlands Primary School, we provide resources for the children to interact with creatively. Children are given the opportunity to explore, revisit, develop and build upon new skills. We believe that continuous provision encourages children to be active learners, interacting with materials they can access on a day to day basis. This engages children in conversations and stimulates creative thinking. Below are examples of how we at Newlands set up continuous provision to ensure that all areas are purposeful and engaging to all learners. As our children's skills develop throughout the year our carefully planned provision evolves.
